Wild Spirit Bushcraft - Woodland Survival Courses

Wild Spirit offers a wide range of bushcraft and survival courses, varying from a 1 day introduction, to the more demanding 4 day bushcraft survival. Our courses can be tailored to the needs of groups or individuals. Set in a beautiful location, contained in 40 acres of woodland on the Merthyr Mawr Estate in Bridgend, a stone throw away from one of the most scenic coast lines in South Wales. Our courses cover a wide range of fascinating skills and techniques that are sure to enthuse and inspire.

Wild Spirit Bushcraft offers stimulating and informative courses covering the basic and essential skills of bushcraft survival and nature awareness. Falconry Courses

This is an opportunity to really learn about handling birds of prey. Time will be spent learning about the birds, their habitat, feeding habits and the equipment needed to fly them. There will be an opportunity for free-flying the birds.

This exceptional weekend will take you into the wilderness with the age old tools of a hunter enabling you to trap your source of food effectively with respect for nature.
